for you. This service is called Drop-Shipping. Your individual
customers will receive Vitamin Power products directly from
our factory with your name (identified as the Dealer) on the
shipping label. |

made on your behalf, in strict confidence. No Dealer pricing,
literature or other confidential information is enclosed with
drop-shipments. |

Drop-shipping service
is only available for destinations within the United States.
Sorry, we do not provide drop-shipping service for international
orders. |

|
We print your name
on the return address section, identifying you as the authorized
Dealer, shipping from the Factory Distribution Center. |

|
Drop-shipments within
the continental United States are shipped via standard U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) or USPS United States Postal Service. Please
be sure to provide a complete street address, because P.O. Box
addresses are not accepted for drop shipments. If you request
an alternative method of shipment, the additional charges will
be applied, based upon actual cost. |

No C.O.D. orders are

| Instructions
For Placing Drop-Ship Orders: |
| 1) For
each order you want us to drop ship specify products and
quantities to be shipped. Indicate your name and address
(as the Dealer) and your customer's name and address. |
| 2) Enclose
payment for total orders . . . including appropriate shipping
& handling fees for each drop-ship order. |
